ARQUICONSULT, AITEC and Eng.º José Mourarias have reached an agreement so that the activity centered on ERP and CRM Dynamics and essentially developed within the scope of Link Management Solutions (LMS), are incorporated in ARQUICONSULT.

ARQUICONSULT, AITEC and Eng.º José Mourarias have reached an agreement so that the activity centered on ERP and CRM Dynamics and essentially developed within the scope of Link Management Solutions (LMS), are incorporated in ARQUICONSULT. Together, with Eng. José Mourarias, will hold 100% of this business unit.

To ARQUICONSULT this acquisition means achieving outstanding leadership in the Dynamics ERP market in Portugal and boosting international growth through the operations held by LMS in Spain as well as the international partner networks that LMS develops.

To AITEC allows that the project they helped to develop over a decade can continue within an entity that will have the critical mass and focus to address not only the national market, but also to be a significant player in Europe.

It also allows the liberation of means mainly for the consolidation and growth of already existing operations in Europe, the Middle East and Brazil.

Both entities also hope to strengthen cooperation ties in addressing international markets and complementarity in terms of large R&D projects and projects.
