Last June, the approval of Arquiconsult as a member of the Portuguese Association of Environmental Technology Companies (APEMETA) became official.

APEMETA is a private and non-profit business association in the Environment sector, created in 1991, with the objective of supporting the sector’s activity, with 150 member companies. In 2006 the Portuguese state granted it the status of Public Utility Entity.

It is one of the most representative associations in the Environment sector and its purpose is to promote actions aimed at the development of its members, providing consultancy services, technical information, professional training and dissemination of members’ skills, both at national and European level.

As the Environment sector is one of the most legislated, Arquiconsult already has its ENWIS software) certified by the APA (e-GAR) and now has the support of APEMETA to always keep up to date with the relevant technical and legislative changes that affect the activity.
