The water services sector comprises water supply activities to urban and rural populations and associated activities, such as services, commerce and small industry inserted in the urban fabric. It also includes the drainage and treatment of urban waste water. The waste services sector comprises the activities of collection, treatment and final destination of urban waste. These services are considered to be of general interest, essential to the well-being of citizens, public health, economic activities and the protection of the environment.

Currently, the provision of this service is in the hands of the Municipalities and municipal entities, constituted for a more effective management of this activity.

Planning, Construction and Network Management

Developed specifically to respond to the problem of maintaining geographically dispersed and decentralized networks (“field service”), it addresses all the operational and maintenance aspects specific to the sector. It allows the planning of work, management of maintenance/intervention orders, planning and allocation of logistical resources, specialized equipment and teams, by level of competence and adequacy to the nature of Maintenance.

It integrates with the Commercial system, automatically receiving the intervention requests generated and resulting from the activity with customers (new connections, complaints, malfunctions, material replacement, cuts and service replacement, etc.), in addition to the normal maintenance activity in the network infrastructure (pipes, valves, treatment plants, etc.), management of rehabilitation and expansion plans.
