After an exhaustive selection process, RP Global Portugal chose Arquiconsult as its technology partner for the implementation of its new management software. The decision was made after several clarification meetings and negotiations, where Arquiconsult stood out for its ability to customize the solution to the company\u2019s specific needs.<\/h3> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Among the main benefits expected from the implementation of the new system are the optimization of internal processes and the decrease in manual and repetitive tasks. Automation will be a key element, with features that will facilitate, for example, bank reconciliations, preparing SEPA files for payments to suppliers, submitting taxes and reports to the Bank of Portugal.<\/h3>

Diogo Braga also pointed out that the financial and operational departments should be the most impacted by the new solution in the medium and long term.\u00a0\u201cIt is possible that, in the future, we will extend the implementation to other delegations, as new needs are identified, or optimization opportunities arise in other areas.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Regarding the employees\u2019 adaptation to the new platform, the financial manager acknowledged that any change of software entails challenges. However, he was optimistic:\u00a0\u201cOur finance team has been involved in the project from the start, which will make the Go-Live phase much easier. Any difficulties in adapting are seen as an opportunity for growth and professional development.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

For the future, RP Global Portugal has high hopes for its partnership with Arquiconsult.\u00a0\u201cWe hope that this will be a long-term relationship and that Arquiconsult will prove to be an important strategic partner.
