By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AJP centralized its data and streamlined access across all locations, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making.<\/h3><p>According to Ana Teixeira, the solution simplified employee administration, from profile creation to monthly salary processing, boosting efficiency in HR operations. The integration of NavHR further supported the management of diverse contractual and tax scenarios, reinforcing the system\u2019s adaptability to AJP\u2019s complex workforce.<\/p><p>To enhance data-driven decision-making, AJP also adopted Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
