You will work closely with consultants and architects, contributing with both technical expertise and proactive collaboration with clients.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Your responsibilities will be<\/strong>:<\/h4><ul><li>Design, develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.<\/li><li>Implement custom plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and Power Automate flows.<\/li><li>Extend platform capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate and, when relevant, Power BI.<\/li><li>Contribute to integrations with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and REST APIs.<\/li><li>Participate in the definition of technical designs and solution patterns together with architects and senior developers.<\/li><li>Support deployment pipelines and configuration management for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including basic CI\/CD practices.<\/li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot existing solutions, ensuring performance, reliability and adherence to best practices.<\/li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide technical input in client workshops.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h4>\u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>What we are looking for<\/strong>:<\/h4><ul><li>Typically 2 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE \/ CRM and Power Platform development (online or on-premises).<\/li><li>Solid skills in C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience building plugins, custom workflows and client-side customizations.<\/li><li>Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including solution-aware flows and environment management.<\/li><li>Good understanding of integration concepts, REST APIs and Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.<\/li><li>Familiarity with software development lifecycle and DevOps principles, including source control and automated deployments.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently on features, estimate effort and communicate progress.<\/li><li>Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with consultants and client-side stakeholders.<\/li><li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.<\/li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications are highly valued<\/li><\/ul><div style=\"padding: 15px;\"><p><strong>What do we provide you with:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Work on challenging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects with international clients.<\/li><li>Opportunity to take increasing ownership over solution design and technical decisions.<\/li><li>A dynamic environment where your ideas and initiative are valued.<\/li><li>Competitive package and a clear path to progress into senior and technical leadership roles.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h4>ARQUICONSULT continues to grow and counts on you.
