This role involves translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, leading implementation projects end to end, and acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.<\/p><p>The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients to optimize processes across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and support user adoption.<\/p><p>The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to pre-sales activities, and staying current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities.<\/p><p>This is a senior role (5+ years of experience required), but you will not be working alone. You will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team of professionals who actively contribute to solution design, technical implementation, and project success.
