We also inform you that the solution is prepared for the two communication mechanisms provided by the Tax Authority: <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">manual or web services<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"services_vertical horizontal_services row\" style=\"background-color: #f7f7f7; padding: 25px; border-radius: 5px; text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Please note that <strong>it\u2019s mandatory to communicate the Numbering Series in the following classes of documents<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoices and corrective documents\n<ul>\n<li>issued in the name of the taxable person<\/li>\n<li>issued under self-billing<\/li>\n<li>issued in the name and on behalf of third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Transportation documents<\/li>\n<li>Working Documents<\/li>\n<li>Receipts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"services_vertical horizontal_services row\" style=\"background-color: #f7f7f7; padding: 25px; border-radius: 5px; text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Also, it\u2019s important to keep in mind that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>According to ordinance 351-2021.XXII, although the ATCUD can be associated with the series in use and communicated during the year 2022, it is only mandatory from 1\/1\/2023;<\/li>\n<li>Multi-annual series are only communicated in the year in which they start to be used;<\/li>\n<li>Each numbering series must be communicated to TA before being used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>More information in available at <u><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/info.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt\/pt\/apoio_contribuinte\/Faturacao\/Comunicacao_Series_ATCUD\/Paginas\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #2980b9;\">Portal das Finan\u00e7as<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; color: #000066;\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<\/div>\n<p>The updates are available to install, so we kindly ask our Customers to create a new ticket on the <strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.arquiconsult.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #2980b9; font-weight: normal;\">Support Platform<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/u><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; color: #000066;\">, in order to assure a correct planning of the work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Keeping the system updated, and in a supported version, is essential to ensure that the program is compliant with the Legal and Tax Requirements in force.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-41353\" data-postid=\"41353\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-41353 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To communicate to Tax Authority (TA) \u00a0the Numbering Series used to post Invoices and other fiscally relevant documents, a new update for Microsoft Dynamics NAV\/365 Business Central is now available.
