Human Resources Consultant


  • Degree in Management and/or Human Resource Management;
  • 1 to 2 years minimum experience working in a consulting environment;
  • Knowledge of national labor legislation;
  • Experience in Payroll Systems implementation – Preference Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision);
  • 1 to 2 years minimum activity on Payroll;
  • Communication skills;
    Ability to communicate with customers;
  • Analytical ability in the search for solutions;
  • Teamwork;
  • Resilience and adaptability;
  • Dynamism, ambition, and delivery;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • English (spoken and written);
  • Spanish (it is a valued factor, but not an exclusion factor).
