- Minimum experience of 3 years in activities related to Economics, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent and processes in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain or other ERP’s, preferably in consultancy;
- Experience in projects implementing business solutions;
- Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the Financial areas;
- Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (preferred);
- Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.
- Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management or equivalent;
- Solid knowledge in business processes in the financial area such as: general and analytical accounting, budgeting (preferred), treasury and cash flow, salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred);
- Good perception of business processes in an organizational context (preferred);
- Basic notions of data structures;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of business applications (ERP´S) such as Microsoft Dynamics, PHC, Primavera, SAP, SAGE;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of the AGILE methodology (preferred);
- Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.

- Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set;
- Capacity and Talent for resources management (time, human and material);
- Good personal presentation;
- Motivation to achieve individual and team goals;
- Aptitude for organization and analytical reasoning;
- Talent and a deep desire for designing solutions;
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Entrepreneur and proactive;
- Availability to travel (within and outside the country) within the scope of specific projects.
