What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in a Project Manager role, preferably in implementing business solutions (ideally CRM’s, where D365 CE or Dataverse experience is especially valued);
  • Designing and implementing solutions and processes in the business solution, preferably in consultancy is valued;
  • Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes;
  • Experience of working within teams that use WATERFALL and AGILE methodologies (preferred);
  • Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.

These hard skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management or equivalent;
  • Reasonable knowledge in business processes in CRM areas or experience with Custom Development in Microsoft stack through the use of Power Platform tools or traditional development (.NET );
  • Good perception of business processes in an organizational context (preferred);
  • Basic notions of data structures;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of business applications (CRM´S) such as Microsoft Dynamics 365;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of AGILE and WATERFALL methodologies;
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
