Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers, visitors and employees.
• Handle telephone calls and route them appropriately.

• Helping with administrative tasks, such as archiving and digitizing documents.
• Coordinating the incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
• Carry out external services whenever necessary.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency.
What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role This experience level:
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles.
Hard Skills:
Completed Secondary Education; a technical course or higher education in related fields is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience handling reservations for accommodations and travel.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
Soft Skills:
Customer driven.
Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set.

Responsibilities:
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for BI solutions.
- Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop custom solutions using Microsoft technology.
- Present demos, documentation, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on BI best practices and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the ARǪUICONSULT BI team and other teams to implement BI solutions.
This experience level:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in consultancy.
- Experience in BI projects, including dashboard development, reporting, and data solutions.
- Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.
These hard skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of DAX.
- Experience with SSIS for ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Python or R (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
