Principal Job Activities and Responsibilities:

• Streamlining of Recruitment and Support in Administrative Tasks;
• Health & Wellness Advocacy: Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding health, wellness, and employee support services, promoting a positive work environment;
• Legal Compliance and HR Best Practices: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure the company’s HR practices are in compliance, including safety, benefits, and employee rights;
• Support the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines and instructions in the respective human resources area and contribute to the development of human resources management systems;
• Internship Application Management – Experience with IEFP internships is valued;
• Cooperate with external suppliers who provide services in the field of personnel health and well-being;
• Aid in planning, organizing and conducting the annual performance evaluation;
• Perform various administrative tasks in the field of human resources (including classification, filing and recording of documents, maintenance of databases).

This experience level:

• Minimum experience of 3 years in a Project Manager role, preferably in implementing business solutions (ideally CRM’s, where D365 CE or Dataverse experience is especially valued);

Responsibilities:

• Define functional and non-functional requirements for BI solutions.
• Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop custom solutions using Microsoft technology.

• Collaborate with the ARǪUICONSULT BI team and other teams to implement BI solutions.

This experience level:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in consultancy.
• Experience in BI projects, including dashboard development, reporting, and data solutions.
• Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.

These hard skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Knowledge of DAX.
• Experience with SSIS for ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Python or R (Preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel.
