ELECTRONIC INVOICE IN DYNAMICS NAV/ BUSINESS CENTRAL

The use of Electronic Invoicing is a reality in an increasing number of organizations, whether in its simplest format (invoice in PDF format, with digital signature) or in more structured process, like invoicing via EDI.
On the other hand, for Public Entities or companies having businesses with them, the use of Electronic Invoicing is already an obligation. Therefore, Softstore – the company responsible for the Portuguese localization of Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central – provided a solution for the supported NAV/BC versions* which, in summary, includes the following features:
Standard Features:
- Generation of the Electronic Invoice document in a CIUS-PT format;
- Possibility to add, in a XML file or PDF document, a Qualified Digital Signature provided by one of the following entities**: GTS or DigitalSign (in)
- Option of integrate with the Electronic Invoicing platforms, from Saphety and Generix
* NAV 2016, NAV 2017, BC13, BC14 e BC19.
** The acquisition of the digital signature from one of these entities is the customer’s responsibility.
*** The use of the services provided by these platforms is the customer’s responsibility.
As the Qualified Signature needs to use third-party libraries, the annual License Enhancement Plan Renewal amount will have an update of 150 euros, in order to ensure that the Dynamics NAV / Business Central platform remains compliant with current requirements. For licenses in a Subscription Model, the value will be update in 7 euros, for each monthly subscription.
