Duration of data maintenance
Arquiconsult will use reasonable efforts to ensure that it retains data about the data subject only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or applicable law, within a maximum period of 5 (five years.
Arquiconsult’s privacy and personal data protection policies apply to the processing of personal data carried out in the context of its commercial activities and its provision of services, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, loyalty and transparency.
It will not make any business decisions based on automated decisions, nor will it take any action leading to profiling.
