The integration of NavHR further supported the management of diverse contractual and tax scenarios, reinforcing the system’s adaptability to AJP’s complex workforce.
To enhance data-driven decision-making, AJP also adopted Business Intelligence (BI) tools. This enabled more agile interactions with clients and suppliers, improved internal communication, and fostered consistent strategic planning.
