The Employee Portal, in addition to the Base modules (Employee Data, Expenses, Time Sheet, Benefits Management, Variable Movements, and Assiduities), offers complementary modules aimed at automating processes that help companies manage admissions, training, development, medical processes and accidents.
What are the Add-on Modules to the Base offer of the Employee Portal?
Training module that manages all training available in an organization so that the employee can enroll, and the company itself manages all actions carried out by its employees. It aims to enhance employee training without losing sight of all the information regarding their evolution and growth. It also permits the issuance of annex C (Applicable to Portugal).
Performance Evaluation module enables to carry out evaluation processes throughout the year by stages and by periodically defining each phase and its deadline, to achieve a final assessment and insights on the strengths and weaknesses of each employee and the Organization. The survey generation engine is based on the skills and behaviors associated with each functional group.
Recruitment module manages the entire recruitment process, from the available vacancies by function to the evaluation of the received applications, to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidate for the open position.
Health and Safety module allows the medical processes management in an organization, from consultations and admission exams, periodic or occasional, as well as the registration of all accidents that may occur during the employee’s working period.
Time Management module manages employees’ schedules, from work periods to non-work periods (offs), as well as their attendance periods.
