The presence of the employees of a company in annual training contributes to both his or her professional development and, consequently, for the growth of the company.
However, the selected training, as well as the designation of employees to participate in it, isn’t done in the best way, using spreadsheets and e-mail which sometimes leads to time-consuming and error-prone processes.
With this module, not only is the process of collecting training needs conducted in a centralized manner, whether globally available to the organization or to specific departments/areas, but also there is total control over the questionnaires already answered or still to be answered. Based on the collection of training needs, you also have the possibility of accelerating the process of creating the training plan, by generating the sessions to be conducted, as well as a waiting list of trainees to be enrolled.
After all such process, Annex C of the single report will be available to be issued, as well as the control of the provided training hours, thus complying with legal obligations.
How to manage provided courses/training sessions using the Employee Portal?
Through the Employee Portal the course catalogue can be kept up to date, parametrizing it to suit the organization, in order to speed up the process of managing and planning the respective training sessions.
Make the training calendar available to all members of the organization and always keep them up to date with the sessions and available contents. Support the definition of modules with different timetables and multi-trainer, so that those interested have all the information available when deciding to participate, as well as the provision of manuals or supporting documentation.
Setup the codes for the single report to speed up its issuance!
In each training session you will have the possibility of parametrizing the essential information, so that, later, when Annex C is issued, the process runs smoothly, thus complying with legal obligations.
Allow employees to help the HR department!
The enrolment in a training session can be done in 3 different ways:
- By the employee him/herself, with his or her participation going into the HR department approval flow.
- Area managers can enroll members of their teams.
- The training manager runs all the training and registers the trainees who will participate in it.
Evaluation of the Training Session and Training Effectiveness?
The Employee Portal allows the collection of information on the execution of a specific Training Session, as well as its global analysis through surveys, which can be totally configured by you, according to the criteria you consider relevant.
The definition of the surveys is done through the survey engine available in the system. This way, after the completion of a training session, there is the possibility of automatically providing an individual response survey assigned to each of the trainees, in order to collect their feedback on the training session. On the other hand, and so that it is assured that the company is investing in the right courses, a survey to collect effectiveness of the training is provided to each of the trainees’ supervisors.
The availability of these surveys is configurable and defined by the training manager.
What kind of training reports are possible to export on the Employee Portal?
The objective of implementing the system is not only to organize and centralize information, but also to provide an analysis point to support decision making processes. In this sense, we provide contextualized “out-of-the-box” dashboards for:
- Course – Know how many sessions held per course, training hours, its participants, trainers, suppliers cost incurred and waiting list for future opportunities.
- Plan – Overview of the execution of your training plan, actions planned, in progress, nor completed, concluded, waiting list, number of trainees, costs.
