#66 BC 2025 RELEASE WAVE 1 COPILOT AND AI FIRST OUT-OF-THE-BOX AGENT
We would like to announce the upcoming release of Dynamics 365 Business Central 2025 Wave 1, featuring enhanced Copilot and AI capabilities.
Key Highlights:
- AI Adoption: A recent survey shows that nearly 90% of workers are eager to use AI to reduce repetitive tasks. Historically, AI has been out of reach for many SMBs, but this is rapidly changing.
- Microsoft Copilot: This tool empowers professionals to perform daily tasks with AI assistance, increasing efficiency without requiring advanced data science skills.
- Expanded Capabilities: The new wave introduces AI agents capable of autonomously performing tasks, responding to events, analyzing data, and handling errors. These agents operate with minimal user intervention, ensuring transparency and involving users only when necessary.
- Sales Order Agent: The first out-of-the-box agent automates the process of capturing sales quotes and orders from customer emails, demonstrating the potential of AI in streamlining business processes.
