Acquisition Marks a Strategic Move to Expand Localization Capabilities and Strengthen Portuguese Market Presence
Leusden, the Netherlands – January 12th, 2026 – Companial, the leading Microsoft Dynamics AI services provider, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Softstore. Softstore is the prominent localization partner for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) in Portugal, addressing both the SaaS and On-Premise market.
This strategic acquisition is in line with Companial’s mission to empower every Dynamics Partner to exceed expectations. Through the acquisition, Companial and Softstore can offer richer support to the local partner community by offering a broad range of services designed to help Portuguese partners scale faster.
Established more than 10 years ago, Softstore is known for its expertise in building and supporting partners with its high-quality localization solution for BC. The localization solution is designed to meet the legal and tax requirements for Portugal.
Softstore started this journey by bringing together a consortium of the three largest Portuguese BC partners. It was their aim to jointly develop a high-quality BC localization for Portuguese companies.
