Employee Portal is a Human Resources Management solution developed by Arquiconsult that allows you to quickly manage administrative processes and simplifies the registration and access to company’s human capital data. Therefore, it enables Human Resources to validate employees’ requests, no longer resorting to documentation on paper or Excel sheets, keeping employee records, without losing information and with all data automated in a single point of access. The use of the system has as main purpose improve self-service management, reducing administrative processes and decentralizing tasks throughout the organization.
What are the available Modules on Employee Portal that aim to streamline processes in your organization?
The Employee Portal has Base modules and modules that are intended to complement processes in the Organization. Employee Portal Base includes the Employee Data, Expenses, Timesheet, Social Benefits Management, Variable Movements and Assiduities modules. The complementary modules are Training, Performance Evaluation, Recruitment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Time Management.
Employee Data module allows employees to manage all their personal data and organizational data, as well as consult their documents (pay slips or annual statements, for example) and send requests for other important documentation to Human Resources.
Expenses module permits employees to enter their expenses, which will later be validated according to validation flow defined in the organization.
Timesheet module encompasses all the projects to which the employee is included and their time record. Allows the teams’ management by project, as well as determine which tasks employees can perform in each project.
Fringe Benefits module makes it easier for employees to manage the benefits provided by the Organization.
Variable Movements module allows employee’s’ variable remuneration management, such as bonuses, prizes, and others, which will be considered in monthly salary.
Assiduities module includes the management of Vacation, Absences and Overtime. Employees can launch their vacation plan according to their balance, for later supervision approval.
You can also launch periods of absence and include supporting documents for later validation. You can also enter periods of overtime worked to account for all the additional work carried out, these records being subsequently validated.
Employee Portal & Business Central (BC)
The Employee Portal is highly integrated with Business Central (BC) and has kept up with its updates. As such, it is also available in a cloud version with the NAVHR app version 21.0.5453.0.
