FINANCE JUNIOR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT | DYNAMICS 365 – Amman, Jordan

What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role?

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O (mandatory);
• Experience of working with AGILE methodology;
• Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.

These hard skills:

• Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent;
• Project Management certificate like PMP (preferred);
• 1-3 years of proven record implementing Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Module, in the capacity of solution architect or functional consultant;
• Good knowledge in business processes in the financial areas such as: general and analytical accounting, treasury and cash flow, budgeting (preferred), salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred);
• Good knowledge in business processes in Human Resources (Preferred) and Project Operations (Preferred);

• Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the financial area;
• Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (Preferred);
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working with local and regional clients to understand their business processes & needs;
• Utilizing knowledge of Finance/SCM / Project Accounting/ HR processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365;
• Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 solutions and relevant business processes, within assigned capacity;
• Participate in customer discovery by learning the most important customer challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals;
• Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed;
• Delivering end user training;
• Aid the internal Goto market with Sales activities;
• Participate in pre-sales activities;
• Participate in developing & preparing the technical part of the proposals in Arabic and English;
• Support Local and Regional customers on all stages of the projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
