SNEL LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS – IMPLEMENTS NAVITRANS WMS IN ITS DELEGATION IN THE NETHERLANDS
The company – Innovation, Sustainability and Well-being
The success of “Snel Logistic Solutions” did not happen by chance. Its growth is the result of a strong commitment to efficiency, innovation, sustainable enterprise and the well-being of its employees. With 140 trucks, 270 employees and a turnover of 30 million euros, it’s a strategy that works.
The challenge – 6-hour time between order and delivery
With an average of 500 trips every day, three branches, a warehouse surface area of 60,000 m2 and the constant coming and going of pallets, Snel Logistic Solutions has a large amount of data, which is crucial to keep, enabling a good overview general business.
This is only possible through technological innovation. In this context, Snel Logistic Solutions was looking for a partner that could provide a modern and efficient Warehouse Management System (WMS). This new system should ensure that delivery times of 6 hours, from load order to delivery, become the company’s new standard.
The solution – NaviTrans WMS
The company found NaviTrans WMS, a warehouse management system, extremely easy to use.
The logical structure of the software and its easy navigation are designed completely for the user.

The new software gave Snel Logistic Solutions a much better overview of its stock and its movements. Customers are informed about their orders much faster and with greater accuracy – customers now know which pallets have been delivered at any given time, for example. Changing orders and processing them immediately is no longer a problem either. Everything runs automatically, so employees don’t waste time manually entering data, meeting the requirement of 6 hour lead times.
The result
NaviTrans WMS software has become the must-have tool at the Snel Logistic Solutions branch in Weert, the Netherlands. Currently, 1,300 pallets are processed every day thanks to NaviTrans WMS.
The next step is to integrate the delegations in Deinze and Ham in Belgium as soon as possible. Next, Snel Logistic Solutions intends to implement NaviTrans TMS and, in this way, have the entire logistics process integrated with a single NaviTrans TMS and NaviTrans WMS system, which will increase the profitability and uniformity of processes within the company.
Our goal was to guarantee delivery times of 6 hours between order and delivery. This was a very ambitious goal, which could only be achieved with a modern WMS system
