Update of IRS Tables AUGUST 2025
The entry into force of the new law amending the general rates of the IRS Code, approved by Order No. 236-A/2025, of January 6, which updates the value of specific IRS deductions, determines a set of updates to the IRS withholding tables with an impact on payroll processing and/or legal reporting in NAVHR.
Through Order_SEAF_2025_07_22_new_IRS_tables_2025, the new withholding tax tables for employment income and pensions were approved. These are applicable to income paid or made available between August 1 and September 30, 2025, and from October 1 onwards.
Following the publication on the Tax Authority (AT) website of the new IRS withholding tables, applicable from August 1, for mainland Portugal, Arquiconsult has converted them into a format suitable for import into NAVHR.
SERVICE REQUEST
Arquiconsult will provide an explanatory manual of the procedures to follow, upon consumption of 1 hour from the maintenance contract, to clients who request it via Service Request on our Support platform: http://support.arquiconsult.com.
We also inform you that, if you wish Arquiconsult to carry out this update, you must indicate this in the Service Request. The time will be deducted from the maintenance contract or invoiced in cases where the contract is not active
