About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining digital platforms, ensuring an intuitive, fast browsing experience aligned with the business objectives of the Arquiconsult Group.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, design and develop website pages and digital sections (landing pages, institutional pages, blog pages, product or service pages), from initial wireframes to final layouts.

• Ensure that digital platforms are responsive, usable and accessible, following UX/UI best practices across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

• Maintain and update website content (text, images, banners, forms) in CMS, ensuring visual and technical consistency.

• Implement minor front-end adjustments using HTML/CSS (and simple JavaScript when necessary) to improve layouts, fix visual issues or create basic UI components.

• Support the creation of new pages and user flows, contributing to improved conversion processes such as contact requests, lead generation or subscriptions.

• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to support campaigns and landing pages.

• Monitor website performance indicators such as page speed, usability issues, form performance and conversion rates, proposing improvements based on analytics and user feedback.

• Maintain and evolve design components, interface guidelines and UI patterns, ensuring the scalability and consistency of the digital platform.

These hard skills:

• Degree in Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability and user-centered design methodologies;
• Basic front-end knowledge including HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design techniques, Flexbox/Grid).
• Basic understanding of JavaScript;
• Experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent UI design tools;
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow;
• Google Analytics or other user behavior analysis tools (valued);
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
