The solution implemented, which at Kelly had as its primary objective the optimization of financial management and reporting, was proposed to cover several functional areas, including general accounting, management control, asset management, accounts payable and receivables and treasury management.

As a dynamic business resource planning and management solution fully integrated with the internal systems of the companies where it is implemented, ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV allowed Kelly Services to centralize all financial processes in a single solution. In fact, a record with an accounting impact made in any module of the application is automatically integrated into accounting.

In addition, Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides users with a tool for building financial maps (charts of accounts). The tool allows you to configure analyzes of financial data in matrix format (rows x columns) built on analysis data, accounting records and/or budget movements, with the possibility of later exporting the generated information to Excel.
