With the publication this week of order 412/2020-XXII, some changes were announced on the dates for the entry into force of the measures provided for in the Ordinance 195/2020.
Communication of billing series and other fiscally relevant documents
The communication of the documentary series, in order to obtain the validation code, will occur from the beginning of the 2nd semester of 2021, and until then, AT shall provide the necessary means for this.
ATCUD – Unique Document Code
Reference to the Single Document Code (ATCUD), by printing it in all fiscally relevant documents, is postponed to January 2022.
QR Code
The mandatory printing of the QR Code remains in force, as provided for in Ordinance 195/2020, from January 1, 2021.
Arquiconsult, together with Softstore, the company responsible for the Portuguese localization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 BC, is working on the necessary changes to the product. As soon as the conditions are in place to start the implementation phase, we will make a new communication.
