- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O (mandatory);
- Experience of working with AGILE methodology;
- Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.
- Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent;
- Project Management certificate like PMP (preferred);
- 1-3 years of proven record implementing Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Module, in the capacity of solution architect or functional consultant;
- Good knowledge in business processes in the financial areas such as: general and analytical accounting, treasury and cash flow, budgeting (preferred), salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred);
- Good knowledge in business processes in Human Resources (Preferred) and Project Operations (Preferred);
- Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the financial area;
- Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (Preferred);
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

- Working with local and regional clients to understand their business processes & needs;
- Utilizing knowledge of Finance/SCM / Project Accounting/ HR processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365;
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 solutions and relevant business processes, within assigned capacity;
- Participate in customer discovery by learning the most important customer challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable - them to achieve their goals;
- Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed;
- Delivering end user training;
- Aid the internal Goto market with Sales activities;
- Participate in pre-sales activities;
- Participate in developing & preparing the technical part of the proposals in Arabic and English;
- Support Local and Regional customers on all stages of the projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
