As a Senior Account, you’ll play a crucial role in our ambitious growth strategy, helping to expand our market presence and strengthen our client relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ongoing success and recognition in the industry.
- Drive commercial prospecting and qualify leads to build our business pipeline.
- Manage and nurture an existing customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- Build and maintain lasting partnerships, ensuring customer and prospect satisfaction.
- Lead the execution of proposals and negotiate favorable service conditions.
- Play an active role in shaping and executing the annual marketing plan.
- Enhance and deepen relationships with key partners.
- A degree in Management, Management Informatics or similar (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in selling CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural team player with a collaborative spirit and strong commercial acumen.
