In the fast-paced world of digital transformation, staying ahead of the curve is not just an option—it’s a necessity. As businesses navigate the complexities of managing Dynamics 365 licenses and storage, the importance of efficient and effective solutions becomes paramount. With the upcoming changes in license management set to take effect in September 2025, now is the perfect time to explore how Arquiconsult’s Managed Services can streamline your operations and drive your success.
At Arquiconsult, we understand that managing Dynamics 365 licenses and storage can be a daunting task. That’s why we leverage on the tools provided by Microsoft and we add our expertise on top to bring valuable insights, guidance, and training. Our ultimate goal is to optimize license usage and save costs, we help our customers make informed decisions and streamline their operations.
Why is this important?
Starting September 1, 2025, all Dynamics 365 customers will be required to assign user licenses directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for applications such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Project Operations, and Human Resources.
Failure to act on these changes can lead to significant disruptions, as users without assigned licenses will no longer have access to these applications and will receive prompts to request the appropriate licenses from their administrator. This shift towards centralized license assignment underscores the importance of proactive management to ensure compliance, maintain precise control, and avoid any operational interruptions.
Organizations must review and assign licenses in advance to ensure a smooth transition and continuous access to Dynamics 365 applications. By November 1, 2025, unlicensed users will be hard blocked from accessing the application.
